- 99% of our orders leave the warehouse 1-7 days after the order has been placed.

WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?
Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the province or territory to which you are shipping your order. Typically, the sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to sales tax.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM?
If you change your mind about your order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you fail to email us within the 12 hours following the purchase.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, no. All orders will be processed after 24 hours and are not alterable thereafter.
We guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you email us (with complete information about the change) at email@example.com within the 12 hours following the purchase.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Unfortunately, no. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not alterable.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After we ship your order, you will receive one or more tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) on the following website:

If you are based in the U.S. or Canada, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. Track your order here.
At the moment, we are not able to offer tracking information for all international orders. But not to worry, you will receive your order within 15-38 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
U.S. AND CANADA ORDERS
For U.S. and Canada orders, delivery takes an average of 7-20 business days.
For international orders, delivery takes 10-38 business days. Please be patient with international orders, as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered. Allow 15-38 business days before reaching out to customer service: email@example.com
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We have warehouses in both Canada and Asia. Generally, the orders are shipped from our Asia-based warehouse due to convenient logistics.
I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE…WHAT HAPPENED?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Not to worry, it is quite normal that you receive one product a few days before the other.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All purchased items may be returned and/or refunded, subject to the discretion and approval of the management, given the following conditions:
- Exclusions apply to promotional (free) items.
- Return request(s) are accepted within 14 business days after delivery.
- All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of their parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, subject to the sole discretion of the management.
- Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders, but the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the shipment of the item(s).
- The return fee will be solely rendered by the buyer.
- The customer is entitled to a refund or re-shipment if he/she does not receive the order within 50 business days from the shipment date (or 65 business days for orders shipped to Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Egypt).
The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subject to the sole discretion of the company.
The company will not be held liable for any errors in the shipping address provided by the customer and a refund will only be given after the item has been returned to us.
Any change of address is subject to the management's approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly unalterable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a refund has been approved, it takes up to 14 business days to process, depending on the system you used to pay for the purchase.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received the refund after 14 business days. A member of our staff will be happy to sort this out for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately at email@example.com, providing pictures and proof of your order (i.e. order number, full name), and our staff will promptly assist you.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and shipping address, and we will quickly sort out the problem.
Sometimes our emails end up in spam/junk or other folders; therefore, we would like to ask that you check them before contacting us.
