HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

  • All of our products go through handling before being shipped.
  • 99% of our orders leave the warehouse 1-7 days after the order has been placed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number.

WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the province or territory to which you are shipping your order. Typically, the sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to sales tax. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM?

If you change your mind about your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@ralphany.com to let us know. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you fail to email us within the 12 hours following the purchase. 

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE?

Unfortunately, no. All orders will be processed after 24 hours and are not alterable thereafter.

We guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you email us (with complete information about the change) at info@ralphany.com within the 12 hours following the purchase.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

Unfortunately, no. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not alterable.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After we ship your order, you will receive one or more tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) on the following website:

U.S. AND CANADA ORDERS

If you are based in the U.S. or Canada, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. Track your order here.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At the moment, we are not able to offer tracking information for all international orders. But not to worry, you will receive your order within 15-38 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

U.S. AND CANADA ORDERS

For U.S. and Canada orders, delivery takes an average of 7-20 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, delivery takes 10-38 business days. Please be patient with international orders, as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered. Allow 15-38 business days before reaching out to customer service: info@ralphany.com

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Please note that a large portion of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in China and a minority of products are shipped from the United States only for US customers. For more information please contact us by email at info@ralphany.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once a refund has been approved, it could takes up to 14 business days to process, depending on the system you used to pay for the purchase.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please notify us immediately via email at info@ralphany.com if you have not received the refund after 14 business days. A member of our staff will be happy to sort this out for you. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?

If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately at info@ralphany.com, providing pictures and proof of your order (i.e. order number, full name), and our staff will promptly assist you. You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange or refund of a damaged item.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email at info@ralphany.com with your full name and shipping address, and we will quickly sort out the problem.

Sometimes our emails end up in spam/junk or other folders; therefore, we would like to ask that you check them before contacting us.
